Privacy Policy

Sweet Beauty Routine is a personal notebook for everyday cosmetics rituals, published by SWEET BEAUTY LLC (DUNS 667657557, Kyiv, Ukraine). This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles information on your device and what third-party services are present in the application.

Application overview

Sweet Beauty Routine offers three on-device tools: a Routine Tracker for morning and evening ritual steps, a Color Palette Notes board for named color combinations, and a Product Library where you can record products together with brand, shade, and personal observations. The application is intended as a thoughtful place for your own notes, your own combinations, and your own observations. The application does not require an account and does not include sign-in.

Information stored locally on your device

The application stores the notes you create entirely on your device using the system preferences storage of your operating system. Locally stored data includes the routine steps you add, the color palettes you compose, the product entries you keep in the library, and your interface language preference. This information remains on your device and is removed when you uninstall the application or clear application data through your device settings.

Information sent off the device by the application

Sweet Beauty Routine is designed for personal organization. The application itself does not transmit your routine steps, palettes, product notes, or any personal information to SWEET BEAUTY LLC or to any other recipient. There is no sign-in, there is no analytics export of user-entered notes, and there is no advertising network embedded in the application.

Third-party services bundled with the application

Two general-purpose Google services are present in the application package, in line with standard Android development practice. These services are described below.

The application does not embed Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Remote Config, AppsFlyer, Adjust, OneSignal, Unity Ads, AdMob, or any other advertising or attribution SDK.

Permissions used by the application

The application requests the standard internet permission required by the Android platform for the runtime to function. Sweet Beauty Routine uses internet access only to open the Privacy Policy page and similar informational links in your default browser when you tap a "Privacy Policy" entry inside the application. The application does not request access to your camera, photo library, contacts, microphone, location, or other sensitive device sensors.

Children

Sweet Beauty Routine is intended for a general adult and teen audience. The application does not collect personal information from anyone, including children, beyond the on-device notes that the user chooses to write. We do not knowingly direct content at children under thirteen.

Your control over locally stored data

You are in full control of the notes you record inside the application. You can edit any entry from the corresponding tool, you can remove entries individually with the delete control on each card, and you can clear all stored data by uninstalling the application or by clearing the application storage from your device settings.
